Bunt Markets is the dealer business through which exempt-market financings are conducted for Canadian issuers, including equity, debt, convertible and other structured securities offerings distributed under applicable prospectus exemptions.

- Equity Financings
- Private placements and other prospectus-exempt equity offerings, including common shares, units and other equity-linked securities.
- Debt & Structured Financings
- Private debt, convertible securities and other structured offerings distributed under applicable prospectus exemptions.
- Investor Distribution
- Connecting eligible offerings with institutional investors, family offices, accredited investors and other investors who qualify under the applicable prospectus exemption.
- Capital Formation
- Working with issuers to structure and execute financing transactions in accordance with applicable securities legislation and prospectus exemptions.
- Transaction Execution
- Investor onboarding, KYC/KYP, suitability, subscription documentation and trade execution are conducted through registered representatives of Interward Asset Management Ltd.
